| primary requirements : | 1. Minimum four (4) years of RF Engineering experience. Minimum two years of recent experience in radio network design, implementation and tuning/optimization on WCDMA systems. 2. Experience in working with different RAB services - CS, PS, HSDPA 3. Understanding of signalling in between different interface specially Uu, Iub, Iur, Iu-C and Iu-P. 4. Able to make recommendations in parameter changes, feature activations on drive test data to improve the system performance. 5. Good understanding of optimization tools such as TEMS, Actix, Agilent 6. Experience in tuning a loaded network, and understand the difference between artificial and real traffic loading 7. Good understanding of Layer 3 messaging 8. Able to collect and analyze drive data and performance statistics 9. Knowledge on how IRAT procedures can affects the overall performance General 10. Proficient with MapInfo, MS Office 11. Flexibility of extensive travel within the US 12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 13. Ability to operate with high degree of independence, while managing project and customer expectations 14. Ability to identify and interpret customer requirements, and develop plans to address them 15. Ability to provide training and guidance to less experienced RF engineers |
